Project Manager

Memro will help the Project Manager obtain an overview of the Project from the dashboard and the more detailed reports. They will be able to check the information against plan and budgets. Weekly reviews of key sheets with the team will enable a rapid identification of trends or issues and facilitate measures to be discussed.

Commercial Team

The presentation of resource, measure, outputs etc. will enable the Commercial team to operate the system to provide matrix analysis against budgets and forecasts as well as resource trends, usage and Variation information. All of this can be done remotely and provide the team with information for meetings either internally or externally with Clients and Supply Chain. The ability to identify working patterns trends by Work Type will enable data sets to be produced to identify delay and disruption patterns. To be able to use the data and review by search criteria saves time and money rather than the review of non-searchable paper or digital copies.

Finance

The recording of deliveries at the work face with the ability to detail each delivery and ticket reference means that lost tickets no longer become an issue.

The ability to reconcile materials delivered against used also provides effective analysis against budgets and supplier costs forecasts.

Senior Team

A review of the Dashboard allows the offsite senior team to review their portfolio of projects and obtain a snapshot of the contracts performance based on actual cost data. The costs are presented based upon resource usage and not an altered costs system report. This informative position can determine what steps maybe needed on a Project or a visit to site to run through things.

Site manager

The increased input of paperwork and safety documents means that working hours for a period can be quickly detailed for the Health & Safety requirements. Over hours functionality exists for fatigue assessments together with the tracking of plant so that lost or stolen tools are dealt with quickly.
All these, along with the easy tablet data entry, enables either the Site Manager or his team to be able to review the data timeously. The drop down menus and easy entry systems means that records of hours worked and the respective activities enable the Works Manager to control the site without having to spend time on multiple systems or relying on others. Some of the best feedback has been from Site Managers who have embraced the system and take the time to learn what it can do for them.

All clients, in one form or another, require a daily resource and works sheet to be issued so that they can monitor their Project. The humble allocation sheet in all its varying forms does satisfy the Clients requirement but these are generally not digitally stored with the ability to search or analyse. As such the Client has to engage numerous people to monitor, sort and report on these items. This system provides this functionality with the ability to review and monitor. We recommend that they still utilise the correct specialised service support.
