The Construction Industry has welcomed computerised systems over the years with BIM and costing systems providing up to date information for the Client and Contractor. The requirement to record resources and works has been specified in nearly every contract in one form or another and yet no system has been developed to provide a searchable and easy access to registered parties on the Project. Memro already provides good analytics and with the upcoming and financial bolt on packages that are in development will be stand-alone system to enable accurate data analysis of costs (both internal and external) and records of resources and events that all parties can sign up to use and accept.

The accurate input of works by the pre-defined Project codes will result in all who review and use the system to obtain the necessary outputs for their requirements.
Whether the Project Manager wants to know the progress on a structure or area of the site, the QS who wants to track the resources used on a variation, or the Office Manager reconciling delivery tickets against supplier invoices, the system provides the ability to recover such information.
The Vision is to refine and improve the outputs and interaction of user requirements as part of the ongoing development with input from user forums. Our extensive 12 month testing of the system prior to launch has resulted in significant interface improvements to be made enabling ourselves to offer a system that works out of the box.
